Community Development Services (CDS)
Real-time community-based interactive learning

UCR is very proud to offer on-site interactive, inclusive learning and community- based programs!  These skill building classes for all adults take place at various locations in our community. The activities provide access and supports to achieve skills development, acquisition and independence to gain complete community integration.

Meghan Jones Scholarship fund
was established in 2025 to support those seeking UCR's independence building and life skills programming. As a founding member of UCR, Meghan lived and worked independently! We are happy to present this fund to assist students in need who want to follow in her footsteps to employment. 

SDS Payment information
To have more success and gain reimbursement from DDA, these programs will fall under Community Development Services. 
These programs are performed in a fully integrated and inclusive environment and reinforce critical life-skills like; creative & critical thinking, executive function, effective communication, stamina, endurance and continued physical movement.
