UCR’s therapeutically based programs and social events for people with developmental differences offer stimulating and intellectually challenging opportunities for our members. These opportunities promote friendships, self- awareness, healthy lifestyles, and personal development. UCR depends on community support to run our numerous programs and events. UCR is focused on empowering our adults with I/DD, ASD, and/or physical challenges, to live independently, build friendships, and prosper. All things that neurotypical adults enjoy without even giving it a second thought.
Your contribution will go directly to expand programming which helps adults with disabilities become confident and contributing members of their communities. You could help us fund a program that teaches our members to perfect job skills, develop independent living skills, apply for a job, access public transportation, or regulate themselves in a job setting.
