Tamar Lewkowitz is a certified Yoga Instructor with extensive background in yoga and children & adults, as well as adaptive education. As lead yoga instructor at partner organization Groove, Tamar brings a wealth of varied experience to every class. She has taught in a variety of settings both inside and outside the yoga studio and specializes in supporting every participant regardless of still level or physical ability!
