At Mayorga Organics we don’t just source and sell artisanal organic products. We exist and operate with the purpose of eliminating systemic poverty in Latin America through responsible trade. We have dedicated our lives to creating a sustainable business model that puts farmers first as we believe that healthy farming communities will produce better quality products that ultimately will benefit our valued customers. Every batch of coffee that we roast is traceable back to the farm where it was grown and every step of our processes is managed with care for quality, consistency, and food safety. Coffee goes directly from our roasting system through a de-stoner and magnet system and is immediately packaged in foil bags with one-way degassing valves. We do not maintain roasted coffee inventory and only roast to order.
