I realize many of you are dually enrolled. Be mindful of the dates. 

Other important notes:

• No one will be able to enter the room until Bob arrives. Metro access users who typically arrive early or stay late to wait, there is a cyber cafe to the left as you exit the elevators LL and a cafe to the right. 

     You may use either. However, if you're gonna hang in  the cafe, you'll probably need to purchase something to drink or eat.

• At 9am when we were there the cafe smelled delicious... however it is not open around the clock. By 11 it may be already closed... I'd assume it opens for lunch by the time class is over. Keep that in mind if someone is distracted or drawn to food. There is an exit to the loading dock right outside our classroom door where you can access the parking lot if you need to scoot out and avoid the food temptation. There are stairs involved for this exit. Bob will keep a close eye on that door.
• There are many people milling around the building too. You will encounter others. 
• Bathrooms are to the right as you exit the elevators on LL. They are large and accessible. Single-seaters.
• There is a class that arrives right after us. Exit in a timely manner and you may see some of your friends!
• We cannot store items at this site between classes. 
• Do not touch or investigate the computers and equipment in this space. We are sharing it with two other organizations who are generously allowing us to be here. 

You don't need any codes or passes for entrance. This is a public building. 
Bob (or a volunteer) will open and close the room. Security is important. 
You cannot gain access until our UCR volunteer is on site.
